Drupal 8 site launched for University of York
We just launched a Drupal microsite for the University of York research group New Economic Models and Opportunities for digital Games (NEMOG).
We developed a Drupal 8 site for University of York's New Economic Models and Opportunities for digital Games (NEMOG). The research group needed a new website with an events page, publications available for download, and a members area. It also represents a new visual identity which Curve have designed for NEMOG, including branding guidelines and their new logo.
The project was completed in less than four weeks, and involved extensive collaboration with a large team of stakeholders. This ensured that project requirements were met, the new brand design, and all content was ready for a solid stint of quality assurance testing prior to the launch. With so many different organisations involved in the project, it was important that the look and feel of the site reflected the partners’ expectations.
A key requirement was for NEMOG’s content to be displayd in a user-friendly way, both for desktop and mobile users. Our in house illustrator worked alongside our Drupal team to design the site mobile first and craft a new visual identity for NEMOG.
Sam Devlin, Research Associate at The University of York, said “It has been a pleasure working with Curve agency. The team there have been incredibly responsive, friendly and accommodating of the many revisions requested by our staff. The final design has been well received by the members of NEMOG and will be a vital asset in communicating our research.”
You can find out more about NEMOG on their new site. At Curve, we're looking forward to seeing the final results of their research, beautifully displayed on their new site.
